Support GardenPairs
GardenPairs is free to use and always will be - every crop guide, companion-pairing page, zone calendar, layout guide, and all four planning tools stay open with no account and no paywall. Researching and dating real evidence ratings, keeping frost and zone data current, and building tools that read from one honest shared dataset takes real ongoing time, though, and reader support is what keeps that work sustainable without leaning on intrusive advertising.
Two Ways to Support the Project
The most useful way to support GardenPairs directly is to order a Custom Season Planting Plan - a personalized, printable document built from your own zone, bed dimensions, and crop list, so your support gets you something genuinely useful in return rather than just being a donation.
If you'd simply like to contribute toward keeping the site independently run, direct contributions are also welcome, starting at five dollars. Contributions do not change how any page is written or how any evidence rating is decided - the lore-vs-evidence labels stay honest regardless of who supports the site.
Where This Actually Goes
Support goes toward the real ongoing costs of running a reference site like this one: hosting, the time spent researching and dating frost/zone data on an annual cadence, and the time spent writing new crop and companion-pairing guides one at a time rather than mass-generating them. It does not change what gets published, and it does not change any evidence rating - a companion pairing rated traditional lore stays rated traditional lore regardless of who supports the site.
Not Required, Always Appreciated
Nothing on GardenPairs is paywalled or gated behind a contribution - every crop guide, companion-pairing page, zone calendar, and tool stays fully accessible whether or not you ever support the project financially. If the free content and tools are useful to you, that's the point, and it's a good outcome on its own.
